2019 was another great year for Secure Exchange Solutions! As we look back on 2019, we are thrilled to acknowledge the growth and positive impact our clinical data exchange solutions are making in the industry.
We are especially proud to be working with new customers at leading health systems and HIEs such as the Beth Israel Lahey Health and the Highland Healthcare Independent Physicians Association (IPA) network, the North Carolina Health Information Exchange Authority (NC HIEA), the Nebraska Health Information Initiative (NEHII), and the Great Lakes Health Connect (GLHC) to solve their clinical information exchange challenges and help them improve efficiencies.
Another 2019 milestone was the launch of our expanded suite of HIPAA compliant clinical exchange solutions, notably our newest, solutions SPOT and FETCH. Both solutions are powered by advanced technologies designed to cost-effectively move our customers toward faster, more accurate clinical decision-making to improve the quality of care for patients. SPOT delivers real-time critical insights to quickly inform care decision-making, reducing administrative burdens, especially for prior authorizations. FETCH automates clinical data exchange to improve medical record retrieval for prior authorizations, medical review and care management, claim attachments, risk adjustment, HEDIS, and Star Measures. Both solutions demonstrate significant savings of time and money.
Additional 2019 highlights include:
